School Photo Retakes
The Class Teachers and the Photographer work very hard to capture a great picture of your child for you to treasure.
Occasionally you may want to have us retake your child’s photograph.You are more than welcome to book an appointment with us at our Sittingbourne studio for a retake. Pictures ordered from retakes will be returned to the school as normal as long as the retake photographs are ordered before the cut off .

There is no cost for the retake. The only cost is for any prints or proucts you order.

We show you the images at the appointment. You will be able to view and order from the online system within 24 hours. You will be able to order using your child’s original code or from a new code given to you on the day of the retake.
That’s fine. Most of the retake photographs we take are from schools where we are not the photographer. You can book in by calling us on 01795 554158 or using the contact form on this page. All orders placed will be sent out via post direct from the printers. There is usually a £3.50 charge for postage. If your retake is within our normal schools photography period then you can collect orders from our showroom. Collecting is not as quick as having them posted.
