About your child’s photos
Images are guide to expression and will be edited before printing
Once an order is placed the following will apply if applicable
- Food marks will be removed where possible
- Glasses glare will be removed where possible
- Any green hue from green screen will be removed
All orders will be returned to your child’s school 14 days after the ordering closing date unless you have paid for postage.
If you have paid for postage your order will be dispatched within 7 days of ordering via 1st class postage.
Ordering School Photos
Please enter your access code below to order your Child’s Individual Photographs. You can view and order your photographs using your unique code. All orders placed before the closing date will be returned to the school. Any orders placed after the closing date will be posted out directly to you without mounts and a charge for postage

Please use the web address provided on your proof card or one of the links from the services above. Once at the login page enter your Access Code and follow the on screen prompts.

Your access code is on the card that your child was given on the day the photographs were taken.
If you no longer have your child’s code or do not have access to the code then please contact the school. We are unable to give out codes directly to parents or families.
Pictures are returned to the school 14 days after the closing date for ordering.
If you ordered after the closing date we do not provide any mounts via the postal option. If you require the mounts you are more than welcome to collect them from our Sittingbourne Showroom.
